1. Natural Pearl Reminder

    

   Pearls are natural organic gemstones. Minor surface blemishes, slight color difference and subtle shape deviation are natural growth features, these do NOT count as quality defects and cannot be applied for return or refund. We describe pearl condition truthfully on each product page.
2. Return Eligibility

    

   Only items with manufacturing defects can be accepted for return request within 7 calendar days after parcel receipt.

    

   ‑ Items must be unused, original packing intact.

    

   ‑ Custom‑made jewelry is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

    

   ‑ Wholesale bulk loose pearl orders are non‑returnable unless severe quality manufacturing issue occurs.
3. Return Process

    

   Contact our business email with your order number and clear photos showing the problem. We will review your case before approving return.

    

   Buyer shall bear the return shipping cost unless the defect is caused by our side.

    

   Full or partial refund will be issued after we receive and inspect returned goods.
4. We DO NOT support unconditional free return for all orders.
